Only Managers and users with special permissions can access the review leave page.  Here there are 2 main sections.  

The first section of the office holiday planner software is leave awaiting approval (at the top). This clearly shows the employee it refers to, the type of leave requested, the dates and number of countable days and which, if any, policies it has conflicted against.  The User can approve or deny the leave by clicking the relevant link on the record.

This will send an email to the requester with the decision.

The second section shows all approved leave for the logged in person and all the employees that they manage.  This information is sorted in date order.

Some types of user (such as directors/HR/overviewers) may require a list of all leave from all employees that they don't directly manage.  In these cases a special permission can be set to allow an additional section to be shown.
