What do you do about security, resilience and privacy issues?
All data stored on Office Controls databases are secure and carefully protected. User access is gained by email and system (strong)/user defined passwords. Data transfered to and from our servers is secured with industry-standard 128-bit secure socket layer encryption.
We operate a mirror of the live system off-site that can immediately take over presentation in the case of hardware failure or catastrophic loss of the facility. We take daily backups of the data and keep it off site.
All data kept on Office Control is kept in the strictest confidence. No details of any company or companys employee are disclosed to any other company outside of Office Control (UK) Ltd for any reason.
