How does Office Control work?
Each of your employees has their own unique access to Office Control. The relationships and permissions for each employee are carefully controlled allowing them to request/book annual leave against their entitlement, authorise leave requests from those that they manage, record sickness incidents and complete self certification, return to work interviews and doctors notes. Office Control will also record any injuries at work and assist in the process to manage this type of incident and help reduce the likelihood of it happening again.
