Each employee can access Office Control with their own login credentials.  The specific access is dependant on their permissions (which can be quickly set by using preset rolemodels such as Manager,Assistant etc) and their relationship within your company.

Office Control is designd to be simple/obvious to use to maintain speed and accuracy and minimise training to use a new system as much as possible.

Various channels of support are available including 'how to' videos, user/admin guides, feedback forms, FAQs, WeBlog and email & phone customer support.
