Office Control is a powerful absence management system. It is a web based holiday planner that will give full leave management. It is designed to be flexible and fit neatly into the vast majority of small to medium sized businesses. The system will accomodate organisations working both in hours and days. - Different types of users have different levels of access (Employee, Manager, Overviewer, HR, Director etc)
- Types of users are configurable on a permission by permission basis OR by role template
- Service days calculated automatically
- Carry over/adjust entitlement controls
- Alerts raised when employee starts to take more absence than you consider appropriate (continuously reviewed automatically)
